Role OverviewAs a Solutions & Implementation Engineer, you will help customers implement, adopt, and maximize our most cutting-edge solutions. You will be assigned to and become a subject matter expert on a specific product being rolled out to dealerships. Your training will make you comfortable with the automotive retail industry, customer processes, BizzyCar, frontier AI technology, and application layer AI technology.
What You Will Do
You will own dealer implementations end-to-end, configure solutions to each rooftop, validate data flow, train non-technical dealership staff, run the implementation like a project, troubleshoot live, and write runbooks and SOPs for repeatable implementations.
