Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, supervise management and hourly staff, and maintain restaurant equipment and grounds in good condition.

- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management

- Frequent contact with guests, requiring tact and courtesy
- Frequent contact with subordinates, requiring direction and supervision
