Job Description
Outset is a company that uses AI-powered user interviews to help global brands gain deeper insights about their users. They are looking for a Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top talent.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of hands-on sourcing experience, including at least 1 year at a startup
  • Strong understanding of technical and non technical roles
  • Proven ability to creatively identify and engage passive candidates
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems - ideally Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter
