Role OverviewThe Sourcing Analyst will develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned Categories, managing contracts and data analysis across the business.
What You Will Do
Develop and distribute bid packages, analyze bid results, work with Project Managers, and provide analysis to Store Planning and Finance teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or Economics
- Prior experience implementing Sourcing strategies
- Proficient in relevant computer applications, including Excel functions
- Experience with Procurement/Sourcing tools
- Experience in the retail and/or dining industry a plus
- High standards of accuracy; detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with and influence others in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with SAP a plus
