Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Sourcer is essential to ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing the logistics of the hiring process. The role involves partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers to schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include partnering with recruiters and stakeholders to coordinate and schedule complex interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, maintaining candidate information in the ATS, and supporting recruiters in candidate management and interviewing.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media, or technical forums
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 1+ years of recruiting experience within the tech industry
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders
