Sourcing Manager

As a Sourcing Manager at Sportech, you will handle all aspects of the strategic sourcing lifecycle in collaboration with both internal and external partners. You will partner with several stakeholders in bringing new products to life for our customers. You will drive sourcing strategy to support both new and existing product lines, optimize supplier matrix, and help to achieve company financial goals.

What You Will Do

Manage overall spend across assigned commodity categories, identify and execute against opportunities to improve company profitability, operational excellence, and quality, develop and maintain strategic supplier matrix, and lead the development and implementation of supplier and/or commodity strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain or engineering strongly preferred
• Five+ years of increasing responsibilities required; manufacturing environment preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to influence key stakeholders and cross-functional partners
• Demonstrated track record of RFP development, sourcing processes, strategies execution, project management and transition plans
• Detail oriented strategic thinker
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Exhibits business acumen and analytical capabilities required
• Comfortable with ambiguity – flexible and adaptable
• Microsoft Outlook, Advanced Excel skills required, Epicor experience strongly preferred
