Role OverviewThe Ohio Adjutant General's Department is looking for a Sourcing Supervisor to lead strategic sourcing and contracting activities, supervise a team of financial, sourcing, and budget professionals, and work closely with agency leaders, program areas, vendors, and other state partners to ensure goods and services are procured effectively, competitively, and in accordance with applicable requirements.
What You Will Do
As a Sourcing Supervisor, you will lead agency strategic sourcing, purchasing, and contracting activities, manage solicitations, bids, proposals, evaluations, contract awards, and related procurement processes, and assist with the development and implementation of agency purchasing and contracting procedures.

Requirements
- Have at least 4 1/2 years' experience in purchasing/procurement/sourcing to include exp. in performing spend analysis, developing sourcing strategy & evaluating vendor performance.
- Completion of undergraduate core in public or business administration, purchasing, materials management, contracting, acquisition management or logistics, supply chain management, operations management or other sourcing related field with at least 2 1/2 years' experience in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
- Completion of graduate core in public or business administration, purchasing, materials management, contracting, acquisition management or logistics, supply chain management, operations management or other sourcing related field with at least 1 1/2 years' experience in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
- Have at least 2 years' experience as Senior Sourcing Analyst with the State of Ohio.
- Have at least 1 year experience as Sourcing Planner with the State of Ohio.
