Job Description
The Sous Chef is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising food preparation activities in the kitchen, overseeing all kitchen functions to ensure high-quality meal execution and adherence to kitchen standards.
Requirements
At least 1 year of Sous Chef experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Organized, self-starter with a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, create timelines and meet project deadlines
