Job Description
21c Museum Hotels is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to lead a line cook team and assist the Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef. The Sous Chef will have broad responsibilities including menu coordination, recipe execution, stewarding, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position is key to smooth operation and is directly responsible for the direction and efficiency of the kitchen team.
Requirements
Minimum of two years experience in a fine dining restaurant.
Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling processes.
Flexible hours (nights, weekends).
Excellent communication skills (English).
