Job Description
21c Museum Hotels is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to lead a line cook team and assist the Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef. The Sous Chef will have broad responsibilities including menu coordination, recipe execution, stewarding, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position is key to smooth operation and is directly responsible for the direction and efficiency of the kitchen team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling processes.
  • Flexible hours (nights, weekends).
