Job Description
Join the team at The Chatwal Lodge as a Sous Chef and lead the culinary team to achieve exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results. Develop and implement creative menu items, manage hourly kitchen employees, and ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment.
Requirements
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
Culinary education and/or on the job training, hotel experience preferred
At least 4 years experience in a senior role in a culinary environment
