Texas Live!, a world-class dining, entertainment and hospitality district, is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee day-to-day culinary operations. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, inventory, and food costs, as well as maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to company and health department standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Culinary arts courses/certifications or related degree preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in supervising and/or managing kitchen staff
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate efficiently
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
