Job Description
OVG is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee all aspects of employee relations, kitchen operations, and food safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, managing kitchen tasks, and maintaining a positive work environment. This is a full-time, on-call position with a variable schedule.

Requirements

  • Supervise line set-up, prep, and breakdown activities.
  • Manage all aspects of employee relations (recruitment, training, counseling).
  • Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen environments.
  • Ensure food safety standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers and subordinates.
