Ensure client and customer satisfaction through impeccable food production, communicate effectively, and follow directives from the Executive Chef or FSD.

Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a professional kitchen with supervisory responsibilities
- Scratch-based cooking expertise
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate and respectful attitude toward older adults
- Proficient computer skills, including various programs, Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet usage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check (State and Federal) and drug screen
