Job Description
The Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.

Requirements

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets
  • Oversee banquet and event execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for large-scale functions
  • Supervise, coach, and support kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks
  • Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and brand standards
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies
  • Monitor food costs, waste, and portion control to meet budget goals
  • Ensure all dishes meet or exceed guest expectations
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
