Job Description
We are seeking a strong Sous Chef to join a high-volume, waterfront restaurant in Provincetown, MA. The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in executing daily kitchen operations and lead line operations to ensure quality, consistency, and ticket flow. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of experience in a Sous Chef or kitchen leadership role and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in a Sous Chef or kitchen leadership role
  • Experience in high-volume seafood or coastal concepts
  • Ability to execute consistently under peak seasonal volume
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • ServSafe certification
