Job Description
The Sous Chef will lead the kitchen team, manage food-related functions, and ensure high-quality products are produced while maximizing financial performance. They will guide and develop staff, maintain sanitation and food standards, and oversee food preparation areas.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • High school diploma or GED; 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • Ability to lead, influence, and encourage others
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate activities
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
  • Ability to prepare and cook foods of all types
