Requirements

  • 2+ years of kitchen experience in a similar role
  • Experience in leading and supervising hourly team members
  • Experience working within budget parameters
  • Knowledge of Scheduling and Restaurant software programs
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
