Job Description
The Sous Chef will manage a department, work with senior leadership to create quality standards, and provide support and guidance to the culinary team.
Requirements
5-10 years' experience in a top restaurant
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
Staff management and administrative responsibilities
Classical cuisine experience
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills
Experience with training, financial management, and customer service
