Job Description

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant, with a strong command of culinary techniques and technical proficiency. The role requires flexibility to support AM, PM, and overnight operations, with a focus on PM service.
