Join the culinary team at The Club at Spruce Peak as a passionate Sous Chef to help lead kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining for every guest and member.
Requirements
Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and culinary strategy
Oversee food preparation to ensure top-tier quality, consistency, presentation, and flavor
Manage ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost-control initiatives
Maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff to foster a positive, high-performance team
Assist with recipe development, testing, and seasonal menu innovation
Ensure smooth communication across culinary, stewarding, and F&B teams
Step into leadership roles as needed to support overall kitchen success
