Job Description
Join the culinary team at The Club at Spruce Peak, where fresh, elevated cuisine meets Vermont’s premier mountain resort experience. We’re seeking a passionate Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining for every guest and member.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of guest service experience in a hotel or resort environment
  • 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or high‐volume culinary environments
  • Culinary degree or ACF certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to guest needs
  • Commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional guest service
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
