Requirements

  • Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and culinary strategy
  • Oversee food preparation to ensure top‐tier quality, consistency, presentation, and flavor
  • Manage ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost‐control initiatives
  • Maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
  • Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff to foster a positive, high‐performance team
  • Assist with recipe development, testing, and seasonal menu innovation
  • Ensure smooth communication across culinary, stewarding, and F&B teams
  • Step into leadership roles as needed to support overall kitchen success
