Job Description
Treviso Bay is excited to announce an outstanding career opportunity for a Sous Chef to work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily culinary operations.
Requirements
Supervise kitchen staff
Contribute to food preparation
Ensure quality and cost efficiency
Motivate and direct staff members
Train new staff members
Prepare or directly supervise the daily preparation of soups, sauces and "specials"
Assume complete charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
Control food and payroll costs to achieve maximum profitability
