Treviso Bay is excited to announce an outstanding career opportunity for a Sous Chef to work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily culinary operations.

Requirements

  • Supervise kitchen staff
  • Contribute to food preparation
  • Ensure quality and cost efficiency
  • Motivate and direct staff members
  • Train new staff members
  • Prepare or directly supervise the daily preparation of soups, sauces and "specials"
  • Assume complete charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Control food and payroll costs to achieve maximum profitability
