Role OverviewThe Sous Chef assists in managing a specific department and works with the Executive Chef to create and maintain quality standards. They will be responsible for monitoring daily functions, providing support to the culinary team, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing and assuming basic management responsibilities, supervising kitchen employees, managing food production and ordering, and ensuring proper safety and sanitation of kitchen facilities.
