Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sous Chef to manage day-to-day kitchen operations and lead culinary teams in a high-volume fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and culinary delights, with a strong background in managing kitchen staff, production schedules, and culinary operations.
What You Will Do
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for executing food service standards, overseeing preparation and production of hot and cold menu items, and ensuring all meals meet quality, taste, and presentation standards. You will also support the Executive Chef with menu development, catering proposals, and cost control initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of culinary experience in high-volume, upscale, fine dining, luxury hospitality, catering, airline catering, hotel, or banquet operations
- Previous Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience in a fine dining environment
- Culinary degree or formal culinary training from an accredited culinary institution
- ServSafe and/or HACCP Certification
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of food cost control, inventory management, portion control, and waste reduction practices
