Role OverviewThe Sous Chef will work in collaboration with the Executive Chef to craft exciting, innovative, and delicious food. They will participate in team leadership, communication, training, development, and problem resolution, while providing outstanding service to guests.
What You Will Do
The Sous Chef will lead all aspects of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef, inventively solve issues, lead and train kitchen staff, and establish a working schedule. They will also order, stock, and inspect food items, maintain budgeted labor costs, and ensure timely food production.
