Job Description
Hotel Jerome, a member of Auberge Collection, is seeking a Sous Chef to contribute to the culinary backbone of their kitchen. This role involves overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, staffing, and inventory management, while collaborating with the Executive Chef to create menus and maintain high standards of quality. The position is for a full-time, exempt role.

Requirements

  • Culinary Certificate or Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of two years experience in a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef role
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience at a luxury hospitality property
