Job Description
Sous Chefs partner with Executive Chefs to provide direction and training to team members, manage back of house operations, and oversee food production. Responsibilities include ordering produce, conducting inventory, scheduling team members, and interviewing and hiring new team members.

Requirements

  • 2 years high volume, full service restaurant experience in a management position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure
  • Self-Actualized and motivated
  • Self-discipline; maintained professional appearance
  • Butchering experience preferred
  • Scratch Kitchen Experience preferred
