Job Description
Sous Chef responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring food quality and consistency.
Requirements
Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school
5+ years of experience in professional kitchens or cafeteria operations
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
Advanced knowledge of food preparation techniques, recipe conversions, food composition, nutrition, food and labor costs
Menu planning and inventory management experience
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Basic computer skills
