Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Knowledge of a variety of culinary techniques and cuisines
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage inventory
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
