Job Description
Perseid Restaurant seeks a Sous Chef to join the team and provide exceptional guest experiences. The role is responsible for supporting and leading the culinary team, upholding quality and consistency, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for every guest.

Requirements

  • Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of culinary leadership and daily operations
  • Assume operational leadership of the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and timing
