Job Description
Perseid Restaurant seeks an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the team! You will be part of a team that is passionate about celebrating creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Located inside Hotel Saint Augustine, Perseid is a neighborhood bistro offering a Gulf Coast–inspired take on the classic bistro experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; culinary degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary experience, including supervisory or leadership roles
  • Previous experience in a hotel or high‐volume, quality‐driven restaurant environment preferred
