Job Description
Prepares daily prep list, ensures kitchen stations are stocked, and maintains a clean and sanitary work area. Manages staffing levels and performs additional duties as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Ability to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Positive attitude when working with peers
  • Culinary training preferred, not required
  • Knowledge of basic training techniques
  • Awareness of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
  • Understanding of proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Sanitation and safe food handling procedures
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in food preparation required
  • Knowledge of employment, safety, and merchandise handling procedures
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and 1 chargeable accident in the last three years
