Job Description
Prepares daily prep list, ensures kitchen stations are stocked, and maintains a clean and sanitary work area. Manages staffing levels and performs additional duties as directed by management.
Requirements
Ability to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Positive attitude when working with peers
Culinary training preferred, not required
Knowledge of basic training techniques
Awareness of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
Understanding of proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Sanitation and safe food handling procedures
Minimum 2 years' experience in food preparation required
Knowledge of employment, safety, and merchandise handling procedures
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and 1 chargeable accident in the last three years
