Requirements

  • Culinary arts degree or equivalent training
  • 7+ years of industry experience and 2+ years of experience in culinary management
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks
  • State Food Handler's License(s)
