Requirements
Leadership skills with experience managing a team in a high-energy environment
Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi rolling techniques
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship skills
Experience working with sushi
Passion for creating incredible food that delights and attracts customers
Creative and innovative thinking
Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
Experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service
Proficient in general computer knowledge
