Job Description
Welcome to Alila Ventana Big Sur. We are seeking a Taskforce Sous Chef for a temporary assignment to support our culinary leadership team. This role is ideal for experienced culinary professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional, locally inspired cuisine.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook in a high-end culinary operation
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen organization
Demonstrated ability to support kitchen leadership and train others
