Temporary taskforce Sous Chef role at Alila Ventana Big Sur. Assist in overseeing kitchen operations, support culinary leadership team, and prepare exceptional cuisine. Onsite housing and meals provided.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook in a high-end culinary operation
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen organization
  • Demonstrated ability to support kitchen leadership and train others
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Spanish fluency a plus
  • Flexible availability for varying shifts, including holidays and weekends
