Job Description
At HDR, we are looking for a Transportation Marketing Manager to join our team in South Carolina. As a member of our Transportation Business Group, you will help shape the systems that move people and goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Requirements
Retain, develop, and supervise proposal and marketing employees, as assigned.
Drive the go/no-go decision process and assure it is applied in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority and maintain a record of all go/no-go decisions.
Lead pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies (capture planning).
