Role Overview

As the South-Central Region Resources Business Group Director, you will lead the Resources Business Group initiatives for the South-Central Region, developing and implementing effective business group programs, and directing and delivering regional business group operations. You will collaborate with area operations, RBG project teams, and Global RBG Market Sector leadership to enhance client development strategies and build new client partnerships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and leading RBG initiatives, directing regional business group operations, collaborating with area operations and RBG project teams, and driving the execution of RBG initiatives across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • A minimum of 12 years experience in related field
  • Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams
  • Works cooperatively with other regional business group directors, regional and local office managers, technical and marketing directors
  • Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
  • Add strong business skills because of point with operations
