Role Overview

As the South Central Region Transportation Business Group Director, you will lead the region's transportation business group in executing the company's 5-year strategic plan and deliver annual plans. You will support area transportation leadership in conforming to HDR's MOA, QMS, and other policies. You will engage as a reviewer or approver for MOA actions and support area transportation leadership on workload and staff balancing, utilization management, retention, and recruiting.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include leading the development of annual financial plans for the transportation business group, partnering with regional directors of operations on review and approval of MOA actions, requisitions, and offers. You will also partner with TBG market sector directors and area leadership on the development and execution of client management plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • A minimum of 12 years experience in related field
  • Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams
  • Works cooperatively with other regional business group directors, regional and local office managers, technical and marketing directors
  • Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
  • Strong business skills
