Requirements

• Leadership responsibilities for the management of multidisciplinary infrastructure programs
• Advising clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of infrastructure programs
• Planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of program execution
• Anticipating and identifying potential issues and risks that may impact program implementation
• Developing and implementing plans, business processes, and tools to drive efficiencies and promote transparency
• Directing the services provided by multiple program teams or a single large program team
• Monitoring the financial performance of the program against pre-established financial metrics
• Contribute to the growth of HDR's program management services
