Role OverviewAs the Southern Idaho Construction Services Lead, you will be responsible for operations of field services section, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support. You will also function as a Project Manager and take responsibility for field services on projects in addition to management responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include taking administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, leading and coordinating services with other sections, and being directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production, and related issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 10 years experience
