Job Description
HDR is seeking a Southwest Regional Stormwater Business Class Lead to coordinate and provide leadership for stormwater projects in the Southwest operating region of HDR. The position requires 10 years of experience in related field and a bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.

Requirements

  • Coordinate, facilitate and provide leadership for multi-discipline and multi-benefit stormwater projects
  • Build and maintain client and area business class relationships
  • Participate in project development and contract document preparation
  • Mentor mid- and junior-level staff across a variety of disciplines
  • Provide oversight to a variety of project types, including planning, design, bid phase services and construction related services
  • Coordinate with HDR’s other regional and corporate business class technical leads and advisors
  • Reinforce the Quality Management Program (QMP) and participate in staff training
