Job Description
HDR is looking for a Southwest Regional Stormwater Business Class Lead to lead the direction, coordination, and quality of work for stormwater projects in the Southwest operating region of HDR. The role involves building and maintaining client and area business class relationships, mentoring mid- and junior-level staff, and participating in project development and contract document preparation.

Requirements

  • Coordinate, facilitate, and provide leadership for multi-discipline and multi-benefit stormwater projects
  • Build and maintain client and area business class relationships
  • Mentor mid- and junior-level staff
  • Participate in project development and contract document preparation
  • Coordinate projects with inter-related disciplines such as hydrology, hydraulics, structural, geotechnical, civil, right of way/utilities, CADD and GIS
  • Reinforce the Quality Management Program (QMP) and participate in staff training
  • Support the HDR workshare program and coordinate with different area or regional operations management as needed
