Job Description
As Assistant Manager, you will lead the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals, promoting a positive, collaborative environment, taking photos and providing guests with memorable souvenirs, and addressing customer concerns. Photography experience is not required.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions
