Job Description
As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations for our photo operations at the Chicago City Experience operation, implementing strategies to drive profitability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional and company goals.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Flexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions
