Role OverviewThe Spa Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Spa Director and spa Leadership team, coordinating and managing day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a calm, organized presence, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for wellness and service.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include providing clerical and administrative assistance, maintaining cleanliness and organization, supporting projects and initiatives, scheduling coordination, appointment scheduling, facility coordination, guest reception & service support, and upholding Miraval's commitment to mindfulness, presence, and exceptional service.

Requirements
- General knowledge of spa operations preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new systems and manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in a spa or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive or challenging situations with professionalism, confidentiality, empathy, and composure
