Role OverviewAs a Part Time Spa Attendant at the WELL Spa, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you’ll ensure a pristine and serene environment, keeping the locker rooms and spa facilities spotless, so guests can fully relax and enjoy their wellness experience.
What You Will Do
Provide prompt, courteous service to ensure a superior guest experience. Vacuum, dust, mop, and handle trash to maintain locker room cleanliness. Work with cleaning products and chemicals. Stock restrooms with necessary supplies. Ensure compliance with internal audit standards. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior cleaning experience in a full service hotel environment is preferred. Must have great customer service experience. Enjoys proactively using their creativity to personalize the guest experience. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Have reliable transportation to and from work.
