Job Description
Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Spa Concierge to join their team. As a Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for checking in guests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the spa facility. This is a part-time position with open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Must understand the basic principles of managing PMS system (ResortSuite)
  • Capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate and able to learn various software programs/applications
  • Prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire)
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
