Requirements

  • Understanding of basic principles of managing PMS system (ResortSuite)
  • Dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn software programs/applications
  • Prioritizing tasks and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Current CPR/First Aid certificate or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
